Русский: 400 лет городу Тульчину. Спецгашение в день города 15 сентября 2007 в Тульчине Винницкой области. Конверт с оригинальной маркой номиналом 70 украинских копеек, выпущен 30.05.2007. На конверте изображён дворец графов Потоцких, памятник архитектуры 17 века; на марке - герб Тульчина.
English: 400 years of the city of Tulchin. Special cancellation on the day of the city on September 15, 2007 in Tulchin, Vinnytsia region. Envelope with the original stamp of 70 Ukrainian kopecks, issued on May 30, 2007. The envelope depicts the palace of Counts Potocki, an architectural monument of the 17th century; on the stamp - the coat of arms of Tulchin.
