Summary edit

Description
English: Rear Adm. Mark Rich, commandant, Naval District Washington, deputy commander, renders a salute during the national anthem prior to throwing the ceremonial first pitch at a Baltimore Orioles baseball game in support of the Star Spangled Spectacular. The event celebrates the bicentennial of the Battle of Baltimore which provided the backdrop for Francis Scott Key's famous poem, "Defense of Fort McHenry," which later became America's national anthem.
