Français : Deauville, département du Calvados, sur une photographie de la fin du 19e siècle. La statue en bronze représentant Charles de Morny, réalisée par Henri-Frédéric Iselin. Inaugurée le 18 août 1867 sur la place de Morny. Elle est déboulonnée en octobre 1870 et remisée dans un entrepôt municipal. Le piédestal est détruit en 1896. Le 12 janvier 1942, la statue est expédiée pour être fondue, dans le cadre de la mobilisation des métaux non ferreux. |
