Summary edit

Description
English: Large sitting limestone statue of the ancient Egyptian nomarch Wahka, son of the lady Neferhotep. It was found in the tomb chapel of the mid-12th Dynasty nomarch Wahka II (c.1850 BCE) at Qaw el-Kebir, but the statue is stylistically more recent and datable to the early 13th Dynasty (c.1760 BCE), thus referring to another Wahka, descendant of Wahka II. Museo Egizio, Turin, S.4265.
