The stele has engravings of the Buddhist mantra oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ in six different scripts: Lanydza (Sanskrit), Tibetan, Old Uyghur, 'Phags-pa. Tangut, and Chinese. Rubbing made by Charles-Eudes Bonin (1865–1929). |
