Description
English: Photo of the small Stoltenberg Public Park in the town of Tønsberg, Norway, established in the 1920s. The 'music pavilion' for outdoor conserts was added in 1924. Music pavilions, popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, were architectural structures in parks for open-air concerts and cultural events. They varied in design, served as community hubs, and are being revived today for their historical and architectural significance.
