cappucciati, ma inparte ignudi che si battono le spalle con la disciplina,ed il primo si reca nelle mani una croce. Sopra di lorotre diavoli in aria che fuggono (forse a raffigurare i pec-cati, dai quaH vennero, mercè la Confessione, liberati). Nel quinto è rappresentato il Sacramento dellOrdine,amministrato in una chiesa dal Pontefice, seduto sottoricco baldacchino, ed in presenza di vescovi e sacerdoti.Esso impone le mani sopra quelle del sacerdote che glista dinanzi per ricevere lOrdinazione. Nel basso e sul da-vanti stanno molti sacerdoti con candele accese attorno adun leggio. Superiormente in atto di volare un Angelo conle mani mosse per benedire. Questa scena è più ordinatae meglio composta delle altre, ed anche le figure ed i mo-vimenti loro non mancano di certa verità e naturalezza.* Molta parte della pittura del gruppo dei sacerdoti attorno al leg-gio manca. Nuovo in parte è il tetto della chiesa ed il cielo ; oltre diche (jua e là è in generale alterato il colorito.
