Description
English: Movie showing the unfolding of the A2 domain under tensile force in the simulation WT_pull_1 zooming in the core of the protein. Side chains of residues located in the C-terminal hydrophobic core, in the cleavage site and of the cysteine residues in the C-terminus are shown in the stick and ball representation. The backbone of the cleavage site is colored in red. This movie was generated with the program VMD [49].
