A very interesting and ancient sun-dial is onthe south porch of Lewannick Church, and with theCresset stone standing on the left of the porch, isdeemed somewhat of a curiosity. Among these is the curious oldtriangular Lodge at Rushton, Northamptonshire,a monument of the deep Trinitarian belief of SirThomas Tresham, a skilled architect of Elizabethsday.
