English: Sunset at Matley Holms, New Forest. The heathland between the Beaulieu River and Matley Wood is largely devoid of trees, apart from a few silver birch on the peripheries. This small but perfectly formed crab apple tree stands out on the heath, silhouetted by the setting sun. The tree can be seen in context on the far left of this geograph: 136041.
