English: This is a statue erected in memory of Surgeon Major T.H. Parke (Thomas Heazle Parke) on what was Leinster Lawn at the "back" of Leinster House, and now is part of the grounds of the Natural History Museum. That's the side of the National Gallery yonder to the right (getting into explorer lingo as befits this man).
