Lietuvių: Sveiko žmogaus kraujyje randama žymiai mažesnė limfocitų bei monocitų koncentracija. Sergančio žmogaus kraujyje matomas sumažėjęs eritrocitų kiekis. Eritrocitai - raudonieji kraujo kūneliai, kurie aprūpina audinius deguonimi ir šalina iš jų anglies. Limfocitai - grūdėtieji leukocitai, kurių citoplazmoje esančios granulės nusidažo neutraliais dažais. Pagrindinė funkcija – fagocitozė, t. y. patekusių mikroorganizmų rijimas ir skaidymas. Monocitai - viena iš leukocitų rūšių, Monocitai dalyvauja uždegiminėje reakcijoje. Bet koks sužeidimas skatina monocitų ir neutrofilų migravimą į pažeistą vietą. |
