Sven Utterström fra Boden var årets største navn i Holmenkollen 1929. Som debutant ved vårt store renn leverte han den fenomenale prestasjon å vinne dette vinterens største renn i sitt slags og det endog iår når løipen var så "norsk" som den vel overhodet kan bli. Utterström imponerte faktisk mere enn nogen tidligere seirende utlending.

Merknad:

Disse samlekortene med bilder av norske og internasjonale idretthelter fulgte med i sigarettpakker på 1920 og 30-tallet - derav tobakksreklamen på baksiden.

Samlekortene kommer fra Sportsklubben Freidigs arkiv, og inneholder nærmere 90 unike kort pent plassert i et samlealbum. Samleren var den senere skipsmegler Finn Følling (1914 – 1985).
