English:
Two storey building. It was built,- using the former one storey building,- for the Commercial Bank of Békéscounty (founded 1922) in 1928 according to the plans of Rezső Kovács, with the construction company of János Liptak. The one storey building built to a tennement house,-replaced the groundfloor Trautmannsdorf house,-according plans of József Wagner (or Győző Czigler architect) in 1895.In 2020s here is an OTP Bank branch. There is a Hungarian Revolution of 1956 related facade plaque, inscription on its: ~"With the words of Géza Féja, Radio Liberty of Békés County started its broadcasts in this building on October 31, 1956" - 3 Szent István Square, Downtown, Békéscsaba, Békés County, Hungary.

Kétemeltes épület tizenhárom tengelyes főhomlokzattal. Homlokzatán '56-os emléktábla: "Féja Géza szózatával 1956. október 31.-én ebben az épületben kezdte meg adásait aBékés megyi Szabadság Rádió//1956-1992" - Békésmegyei Kereskedelmi Bank (Alapítva 1922) részére 1928-ban Kovács Rezső tervei alapján, Lipták János vállalatával a korábbi egyemeletes épületet kétemeletessé építették át. Az ezen a helyen állt Trautmannsdorf-féle ház helyére Biener Bernát és Laszky Jakab fűszerkereskedők befektetéseként épült 1895-ben egy egyemeletes bérház (Bérpalota). Tervező: Wagner József máshol Czigler Győző építész, műegyetemi tanár. Itt volt 1895-től az Aradi Ipar- és Népbank 1908-tól Böszörményi Róza magán polgári leányiskolája. - 2020-as években OTP Bak fiók - Info. csabaihazak.blog.hu/2014/11/10/laszky-fele_haz_bekesmegyei_kereskedelmi_bank Házszám alapján muemlekm.hu oldal szerint 'Katolikus bérpalota' néven helyi védelem alatt azonosító: -16688 A csabaihazak.blog.hu szerint is helyi védett, de ott Szent István tér 9. ÉS Széchenyi utca 5. a Katolikus bérpaloták. - Békés megye, Békéscsaba, Belváros, Szent István tér 3 helyrajzi szám: 7??
