Deutsch: Bad Tölz, Kapellengasteig bzw. Uferweg „Am Quai“, Nähe ZOB Isarkai: Tölzer Stadtbaum, geschaffen „von Metallbauern aus der Region“ (laut freundlicher Auskunft der Tourist-Information im Stadtmuseum – danke!), mit Darstellung von ca. zehn Sportarten und Freizeitbeschäftigungen, unter anderem Klettern, Kajakfahren, Golf, Fliegenfischen, Isar-Flößerei, Tölzer Knabenchor, Tölzer Schützen. Früher stand die Skulptur auf der linken Isarseite am Amortplatz (vgl. Foto von 2012). Die eigentlichen Figuren sind zwar bozzettoartig, skizzenhaft vereinfacht modelliert, doch durch genau beobachtete Körperhaltungen und durch die jeweiligen Sportgeräte und sonstigen Attribute sind die Sportarten treffend charakterisiert. Am Straßenrand droht die relativ klein dimensionierte, stahlgraue Schönheit allerdings zwischen Verkehrsschildern, Pollern, Parkscheinautomaten, Zaunpfählen und dergleichen unterzugehen. Andererseits liegt gerade in der nicht-monumentalen Größe der Charme des Kunstwerks: Man kann ihm buchstäblich auf Augenhöhe begegnen. |
