Description
English: The house stands on land of Matthias Trimmer, who in 1793 gave this portion to one of his relatives William. In 1857 William’s son Andrew apparently sold the property to William Dufford, a blacksmith. The house apparently was built in the first half of the 19th century, and stands on West Mill Rd. in Long Valley.
