Blanks was onboard for a ribbon-cutting ceremony officially opening a new multi-purpose court onboard. The $29,000 facility, which was funded completely by non-appropriated or non-taxpayer funds, is part of an ongoing effort to improve exercise facilities for Sailors serving at sea.
