Description
English: Tourists check out various items at Kirkkasik historical bazaar Nov. 14, 2012, in Tarsus, Turkey. The bazaar was built in 1579 and is a living example of the busy Tarsus trade routes. With a history dating back more than 5,000 years, Tarsus has been an important stop for traders and a focal point for many civilizations including the Roman Empire.
