Summary edit
DescriptionTeenage girl texting.jpg | The wife asked this girl if we could take her picture (I certainly would have felt creepy going up to sixteen year old kids asking if I could take their picture). She nodded and kept texting away. I've said it before, and I'll say it again... next generation communication is the most accurate way to split out microgenerations. I'm from the old-school e-mail generation. I'll happily set my e-mail at work to refresh every five minutes, and I'm happy to check it and respond to it. The wife is more from the IM generation. I just don't get the impulse of immediate IMs. Seems a little rude to me. Then there are these goofy kids and their texting. They make me feel like Grandpa. |
