Description
English: Teignmouth Road - pre 1848 The track shown in the photography was the road from St. Marychurch and Barton, to Teignmouth. The road was on land that Isambard Kingdom Brunel required to form Watcombe Park, for his residence. IK Brunel constructed a new and existing Teignmouth Road, is several hundred yards to the right.
