Description
עברית: תל הנמצא כחצי קילומטר מצפון לקיבוץ דן, בתחומה של שמורת טבע תל דן בעמק החולה. גובהו 204 מטרים מעל פני הים, שטחו כ-200 דונם וצורתו כשל אליפסה 
בקוטר של 400 עד 500 מטרים. התל מזוהה עם העיר דן המוזכרת במקרא, ומספר אתרים בו נחפרו והעלו ממצאים ארכאולוגיים רבים וייחודיים מתקופות שונות. הכללתו של המקום כאתר מורשת עולמית נדונה בישיבות ועדת המורשת העולמית בשנת 2009 ושוב ב-2010, אך נכון לינואר 2014 אינו נכלל ברשימה
