Português: Execução de terraplanagens na Linha de Sines, em Portugal, utilizando um método que consistia em construir uma via provisória sobre cavaletes de madeira, e depois fazer circular vagões que descarregam a terra sobre a cova. Esta fotografia foi publicada na Gazeta dos Caminhos de Ferro n.º 1090, de 16 de Maio de 1933, e digitalizada pela Hemeroteca Municipal de Lisboa.
English: Earthworks on the Sines Railway, in Portugal, using a method that was to build a temporary track on wooden trestles, and then the cars were driven along the track, to discharge the earth on the hole. This photograph was originally published in the Gazeta dos Caminhos de Ferro No. 1090, of the 16th May 1933, and scanned by the Hemeroteca Municipal de Lisboa.
