中文：成泰元年（1889年）越南（阮朝第十任怀泽公成泰帝）“圣旨”1件，事为“敕兴安省僊侣县陶邓社奉事第二嶺公之神，稔著灵应，向来未有预封，肆今丕承耿命，缅念神庥，著封为翊保中兴灵扶之神，准依旧奉事，神其相佑，保我黎民，钦哉”，黄纸飞龙图，钤有“敕命之宝”；此圣旨内容乃新封土地守护之神。
