ไทย: ธงผู้บังคับการเรือของราชนาวีไทย (ในอดีตมีชื่อเรียกอีกหนึ่งชื่อว่า "ธงหางจระเข้") สร้างขึ้นตามความบรรยายในพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. 2522
ลักษณะของธงผู้บังคับเรือตามพระราชบัญญัติธง พ.ศ. 2522 มีดังนี้ มาตรา 30 (7) ธงผู้บังคับการเรือ มีลักษณะเป็นรูปสามเหลี่ยมหน้าจั่ว ด้านฐานที่อยู่ทางคันธงกว้างไม่เกิน ๒๐ เซนติเมตร ผืนธงยาว ๓๐ เท่าของด้านฐาน ตอนต้น ๑ ใน ๓ ส่วนของผืนธงเป็นสีแดง ตอนปลาย ๒ ใน ๓ ส่วนของผืนธงเป็นสีขาบ |
