English: Control injected embryo time lapse. Representative control (CTR) MO-injected embryo from 4–17 hpf. Embryo development proceeds in proper fashion regardless of the injection process, as compared to non-injected, not shown. Arrow appears next to beginning eye-spot at ∼12 hpf.
