Description
English: Retrograde translocation of the AnSte11-Ste7 protein complexes along the fungal hypha. AnSte11-Ste7 complexes move backwards from the hyphal tip. They leave the membrane and touch the nucleus. They also accumulate at septa (faint immobile yellow dot). Single focal planes were captured at 2 min interval (total 54 min, 28 min is shown). The video is presented at the speed of 5 frames/second.
