Summary edit

Description
English: unc-29; acr-16 acr-18 males fail to reverse in response to ChR2-mediated PVY+PVX activation. Shown is a triple mutant male expressing functional ChR2 in PVY+PVX (array fkEx32). In contrast to wild type (WT) control male behavior (Video S3), the triple mutant fails to reverse in response to the light flash and continues forward locomotion. The tail is to the right; head to the left. The fluorescent spots on the body that appear during the light flash correspond to GFP expression in the coleomocytes (produced by the Punc-122::GFP co-transformation marker). The movie is played at reduced speed for clarity. Related to Fig. 4.
