Description
English: Pronephric cilia motility is intact in sec10MO embryos. Live video microscopy of pronephric cilia motility in 15ng sec10MO embryos (n = 2). 2 dpf, lateral view, 60x magnification. Videos were recorded at 100 frames/second, and then processed into AVI movies at 16 frames/second using Matlab software.
