Description
English: Time lapse microscopy of GFP-MinJ (strain MB001). Cells were grown and analyzed as described (see materials and methods). Phase contrast and deconvolved GFP-MinJ fluorescence are merged. Cells were induced with 0.1% xylose. Still images of this movie are shown in Fig. 1B.
