Description
English: HEK293 cells overexpressing GFP-GAP273. Images were recorded at 30-second intervals for 15 minutes. Spherical membrane structures containing green fluorescence signal were rapidly appearing and retracting at the cell periphery (arrows). These protrusions seldom generated actin microspikes. Active membrane ruffling was not obvious in these cells.
