Description
English: Adult hsRHO-1(G14V) (nzIs1) animals were heat shocked at 33°C and ovulation events were recorded for 45minutes as described in Materials and Methods. hsRHO-1(G14V) (nzIs1) expressing animals show increased sheath cell contractions and failure of oocytes to correctly exit the spermatheca. No complete ovulation events were observed during the recording period.
