Description
English: AnnexinA1/ceramide platform dynamics in Jurkat T-cells after Ca2+-overload. Time-lapse sequence of confocal microscopical images for a Jurkat T-cell that had been transiently transfected with annexin A1-YFP (yellow) and annexin A6 (blue), prior to stimulation with with SLO. Both annexins initially translocate to the plasma membrane. Thereafter, annexin A1 segregates from annexin A6 and coalesces into membrane platforms, which are internalised. The development of finger-like plasmalemmal invaginations of annexin A1 (arrows) is illustrated in Fig. 3.
