The volume contains the work of Virginitate B. Mariae de St. Ildefonso, Liber Sibillae, Prosologium of St. Anselm, Archbishop of Canterbury, and St. Bernard Meditationes and also manuscripts from different sources that were bound in a single volume in the eighteenth Century. The work of St. Ildefonso is the only one that presents thumbnail images of St. Ildefonso, fighting the heretical doctrines of Pelagius and Helvidius. On them, It is represented the Mass of St. Ildefonso, an initial with the figure of Christ blessing, St. Ildefonso kneeling and talking with the Virgin, St. Ildefonso discussing with Jovinian, St. Ildefonso with Helvidius, St. Ildefonso with a group of Jews, The Virgin awarding St. Ildefonso the seamless and woven by angels chasuble, St. Ildefonso cutting a piece of the robe of St. Leocadia and the Annunciation, preceding a sermon on this topic.
