| Description |
English: The Caulks Well on Selkirk Hill. This new well has replaced the previous brick well 676776 that was damaged about 18 months ago. Awards for All provided a grant of £3500 to the Selkirk Hill management team to carry out the works. Local whinstone was used and the water trough was formed from a stone from the original well. This ancient well has been rebuilt on a number of occasions. |
