| Description |
Behind these two guys is the Russian Volga from the former U.S.S.R. It was purchased in Estonia and brought across and restored in Australia in 2010. Throughout the Soviet world, Volga cars were seen as a high status symbols, used by party officials, bureaucrats, and security services. They were also used as police cars, ambulances and taxis. This picture along with some other car pictures here were taken on Australia Day in Melbourne. Every year car enthusiasts brings their classic cars down to Kings Domain. There are quite a number of cars to look at. |
