| Description |
English: The Corpus Clock. Cambridge's newest attraction is this strange clock designed by Dr John Taylor on the model of John Harrison's "grasshopper escapement". It indicates the time by a system of flashing lights. It is gold-plated and cost £1 million (hence the protective glass). It has been in position for 6 days http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7625815.stm . It's broken.
