Summary edit

Description The mountain centre of photo is Buachaille Etive Mòr at the head of Glencoe, Scotland. The River Coupall rings the mountain, beginning high up in the Lairig Gartain - the glen to the right - flowing round the mountain before joining the River Etive and flowing down Glen Etive to the sea beyond. At this time of year the river is a quiet stream, in winter it is a raging torrent, fed by the melt water from the mountains. Buachaille Etive Beag and Glencoe are on the right and Sron na Creise to the left. The road in picture is the A82 road to the Highlands. As you can see, its the morning rush hour: I count 3 vehicles.
