Summary edit

Description
English: The Cruives on the Beauly River. It's like a dam and we used to insert wooden gates into the gaps that held back the Salmon but let the Grilse get through to go up the River to the other Estates. But we always used to net the pools first before we opened the gates and some times we would get 300 to 400 Salmon in two nettings of the pool.

now was that fair or what!!? I could say a lot more but I will restrain myself.

the good old days!.
