Description

Jackie Kashian's monthly comedy show, held in Hollywood at the Nerdmelt Theatre, in the back of Meltdown Comics on Sunset Boulevard.

For this particular evening, the special guest is Margaret Cho, along with her good friend and fellow comic, Ian Harvie.

Margaret Cho discusses a number of topics, including how her parents brought Korea with them to America (they immigrated in 1964, and she was born in San Francisco 4 years later), her Korean cooking adventures (as well as childhood recollections of taking an anchovy-filled lunchbox to a Lutheran school of mostly German student body in San Francisco), and most importantly, her ever-growing tattoos. Her more recent tattoos include a very detailed rose on her inner right arm (still sore from the fresh application) as well as an image of Mother Teresa in a moment of (sexual) pleasure.
