Wine-makers will realize the immense amount of trouble and labour the carefulhandling of so many small quantities has entailed, but will, we think,appreciate the results. Some of the newer table varieties of grapes are incool storage to test their keeping qualities, and, consequently, their suit-ability for the export trade.
