Serve with mashed pota-toes and fresh beets ami greens. Cook beets and beet tops separately.Peel the beets and chop. Chop thedrained greens and combine the two,seasoning with salt, pepper, 2 tablespoonsmargarine and 2 teaspoons vinegar. Khubarb Irisp Cream 4 cup margarine with .i cupsugar. Add 1 egg and beat well. Stir in4 teaspoon nutmeg. 4 teaspoon vanillaand 2 cups corn flakes. Spread half themivture in shallow casserole or picpan.Vrrange 2 cups diced rhubarb (341b.) overthe top. Sprinkle with \>A cup sugar andcover with the remaining crumbly mix-liire.
