If hewere to go further and ask to see the for-eign priest-in-charge, he would be toldthat the priest lives in Osaka. The city of Tsu is practically round.The railroad forms a tangent to the cir-cle. The railroad station is at the pointof contact. The rented house that is theonly lodging place the Church has is onthe tangent about a mile from the rail-road station. The practical American will exclaimat once: Why does the bishop i>ermitsuch a condition to exist?
