The physical, moral and religiousstanding of the Cuttington boys is verygratifying. On the occasion of mysecond visit to the institution, I wit-nessed the confirmation of twenty-sixboys and learned that the total numberof communicants in the school is noweighty-one. At this time also, certificatesof proficiency were given to two youngmen who had reached the end of a nine-year course. They were manly boys anddelivered their orations in the usual col- that the introduction of one or twoAmericans might improve things.
