English: The U.S. Air Force Air Demonstration Squadron, the Thunderbirds, fly over the Las Vegas Motor Speedway during the opening ceremonies of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Kobalt Tools 400 race March 11, 2012. This year marks the 30th season the squadron has performed in the U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon, the Air Force's premier multi-role fighter aircraft.
