Summary edit

Description
English: Part of the Fort Laramie Treaty (1851). The definition of the borders of the Crow territory west of Powder River is framed with red. It was during their invasion in this treaty defined native territory of their traditional enemies in the Crow Nation that the Lakotas, Northern Cheyennes and Northern Arapahoes fought a number of the most mentioned battles with the U.S. Army during the 1860s and 1870s: The Fetterman Fight, The Hayfield Fight, The Wagon Box Fight, Bakers Battle at Pryor’s Creek, The Battle of Honsinger Bluff, The Battle of Pease Bottom, The Battle of Powder River, The Rosebud Battle, The Battle of the Little Bighorn River and The Battle of the Wolf Mountains.
