Description One of the new batch of Wrights Gemini 2 DL Cummins Diesel integral 65-seat double deckers for Arriva's 38 service which commenced on 14 November 2009. The other big change is that passengers now have to pay for the journey. No doubt this will cause overcrowding on the still free 73 along Essex Road. One wonders quite what got into Ken's head when he thought that a voluntary payment 18 metre bus on London's narrow and winding roads would achieve - congestion, cycling accidents and revenue collection verging on zero.
