English: The entrance to the Riverside Caravan Park at Llanfechell The park is situated right in the centre of the village above Afon Meddanen. A brewery was once located at Riverside. which used water from the river as a base for the ale. It was owned by the Brereton family. The brewery later for a period became the village school, the property having been bequeathed by the Breretons. |
