Summary edit

Description
English: The former Hephzibah Primitive Methodist Chapel foundation stone, Birmingham Road. Although no longer used as a chapel, the foundation stone survives, albeit a little the worse for wear. It's strange that the Mayor of Worcester was involved, rather than the Mayor of Bromsgrove. Bromsgrove had been a Borough since the late 13th century. Possibly Worcester's Mayor was a Primitive Methodist and Bromsgrove's wasn't.
