Assigned to specialists, officials, heads of organizations, the central apparatus of the Ministry, Federal Agency, who worked in the field of measurements for not less than 15 years, having achieved good results and who have contributed significantly to the development of the metrological service in the establishment and improvement of the standards base of the country, in the development of new methods and tools of measurement to ensure the needs of the economy, environment, health, defense and security of the country in organizing and conducting state metrological controls and supervision, carrying out international activities in the field of metrology. |
