The style that is known as the trim may be di-vided into three lengths, the short, the medium andthe long- trim. All are cut the same, but the lengthof the hair should be gauged according to the custom-ers taste. For this style, clippers are not used at all. It is best to begin on the side of the head and notat the back as many barbers do. The advantag^e ofbeginning- on a side and working around is, that itsaves time and extra work. Hair should always beshortest at the lower edge and gradually taper to thelonger hair at the crown of the head. The ordidary or medium length is the style wornby most men nowadays, and in this cut it is necessaryto become the most proficient. Cut with the shearsand comb about two-thirds of the way to the crown.After you have grone clear around the head, beginwhere you left off with the shears and comb, and cutthroug
